Registration is currently closed. 17th Annual Frederick Community Health Fair will begin registrations in mid-summer 2024.

What's included?
Cost includes (1) 6’ table, (2) chairs on the day of the event, (1) social media post on AACF, and name listing in a Frederick News Post ad.
Please note: There will be NO REFUNDS on tables due to inclement weather. Exhibitor participation is NOT tax-deductible.
